1. Acceptance
By booking or staying at Hotel Mahesh Residency, Yatra Parchi Counter no.2, Opposite Old Govt. Hospital Gate, Katra - 182301, you agree to these terms. This website is an information and booking-referral platform; reservations are completed on MakeMyTrip, Goibibo or Agoda, whose own terms also apply.
2. Rates and availability
Rates shown on this website are fetched from partner platforms and are indicative only. They change frequently and are not an offer or a guarantee of availability. The price confirmed on the booking platform at the time of payment is final.
3. Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 12:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
4. Identification
A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for every adult guest at check-in, as required by law. PAN cards are not accepted. Guests without valid ID may be refused accommodation without refund.
5. Occupancy and children
Rooms may be occupied only by the number of guests declared at booking. Extra guests or extra mattresses are chargeable. Children below 5 years stay free when sharing existing bedding.
6. Guest conduct
Smoking, alcohol, non-vegetarian food, illegal substances, weapons and pets are not permitted on the premises. Guests are responsible for damage to hotel property, which is chargeable at actuals. Management may terminate a stay for unlawful or disruptive behaviour without refund.
7. Valuables and liability
The hotel is not liable for loss of cash, jewellery or valuables left in rooms or public areas. Parking, when available, is at the owner's risk.
8. Cancellation
Bookings are non-refundable. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
9. Force majeure
The hotel is not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including weather, shrine closure, strikes or government orders.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.
